Autumn Scarf Dinners will run on Tuesday nights at The Lincoln in Carlton, from 21 March – 16 May. The Lincoln head chef, Howard Stamp, has created a delightful two course set menu (entree + main with choice) for $40 per person. Howard and his team will be cooking some seriously tasty fare – rumour has it there’s ‘Pork rillette, pickles and toast’ as an entree option, and ‘Whole snapper, roasted fennel, lemon & rosemary butter’ on offer for main. The Lincoln’s famed ‘triple-cooked chips’ will also be available as a side. Trust us, you don’t know chips until you’ve had these chips. And if you have room, we reckon the sheep’s milk cheesecake with seasonal fruits will be hard to go past for dessert!

We’ve recruited a new group of front of house trainees who are keen to bust into hospitality jobs, and they can’t wait to get started at Autumn Scarf Dinners. The Scarf trainees will be supported by our awesome volunteer mentors (hospitality professionals) to build their knowledge, skills, confidence and networks, whilst engaging in paid work experience during Scarf Dinners. As a diner, you’re a hugely important piece of the puzzle, helping the trainees get the all-important experience they need to practice their new skills, grow their confidence and land themselves a great job! Your part is easy… and tasty! Book now.
