Winter Scarf Dinners are happening at The Lincoln (formerly known as Hotel Lincoln) in Cardigan St, Carlton. They kick off on Tuesday June 9 and run every Tuesday night until July 28. We’ve opened bookings, and are now offering two early sittings (6.00 – 8.00pm and 6.30 – 8.30pm), as well as regular staggered booking times.
The Lincoln chefs have put together a fantastic two course set menu (entree + main), which’ll be $40 per head. Expect hearty dishes like an entree of pork terrine, pork and morcilla croquettes and quince. For main, maybe you’ll go with a guaranteed Winter warmer like slow-cooked lamb shoulder with white beans and green sauce. There are some gorgeous dishes for our vegetarians too.
As usual, we’ll have our excellent Scarf wine list, and there’ll be the option to splash out with a dessert or cheese course. The Lincoln chefs will be doing the cooking, while the front of house is looked after by a brand new bunch of Scarf trainees, with the support of our ace Scarf mentors.
Don’t wait around too long, because if the popularity of our Autumn Scarf season at Green Park is anything to go by, Winter Scarf Dinners will book out quickly!
